PBS Southern Oregon Brain Bowl Championship

Congratulations to the Chesterton Academy of the Rogue Valley Varsity Brain Bowl Team for winning the PBS Southern Oregon Brain Bowl Championship Varsity B Division for the second year in a row on Saturday April 25 th . The team practiced diligently throughout the entire season and most importantly, they displayed excellent teamwork, great sportsmanship, and all team members contributed to the victory. The team attributed their success to hard work, and to the greater glory of Jesus Christ. The team would like to thank Southern Oregon University Youth Programs and Southern Oregon PBS for sponsoring the tournament. The members of the team are as follows: Natalie Bates, Charlotte Conkey, Yareni Estrada, Joaquin Foster, Gabriel Medina (Captain), and Owen Millenheft. Alternate team members were Brianna Fessler and Josef Kantor. The team was coached by Lisa Bock and Kathy Kantor.
